I established RT Supplies Ltd in the Summer of 2013 with the aim of sourcing and supplying a range of lifejacket related products more effectively for individuals, organisations and businesses working in and around water. Having previously worked for a Norwegian company supplying marine workwear, I found instances where end users were paying a premium price for many of the spares and accessories associated with lifejackets. These items made up the initial RTS product range and that range has evolved as the business has grown.
Customers in remote areas of the UK often have difficulty sourcing many such items. RTS makes the range accessible wherever you are in the UK although express delivery isn’t available in some remote areas.
International Customers –
Non CO2 items can be shipped worldwide either by International Mail or Express Courier
Orders containing CO2 Gas Cylinders are no longer shipped overseas. The Dangerous Goods regulations have made it extremely complicated to export CO2 and isn’t feasible for small orders. Box quantities can be considered but not arranged through the website. If in doubt, please get in touch.
Payment – The eCommerce system will guide you to Stripe for Credit Card Payments, Paypal or Bank Transfer whichever is most convenient for you. Bank Transfer can delay a few days subject to transfer time.
