RT Supplies are no longer stocking the UMA 5001 Auto Cartridge for UML Pro Sensor Auto Inflator which was phased out in 2017.
Due to Lifejacket manufacturers switching to the then new Pro Sensor Elite Inflator, the number of Pro Sensor Auto Inflators in circulation has reduced which means that fresh replace by dates are impossible to maintain. Sales are now only about 25% of what they were 5 years ago and are likely to decline year on year.
Many lifejacket brands have offered the UMA 5000 as a one size fits both replacement part option for up to a decade following UML approval to do so. Now RT Supplies will be following suit.
If you normally buy the UMA 5001 and still have a Pro Sensor Auto Inflator, it is fine to use the UMA 5000 Auto Cartridge going forward.
